About Us
Philosophy At Fessel Goldman & Hirsch ("fgh") we understand the importance of sound legal advice, promptly rendered. We provide professionals concentrating in personal injury, workers' compensation, divorce, real estate, business and estate planning. Our vast experience is applied thoroughly, tempered by a dose of common sense. When you retain "fgh", you are hiring a law firm, comprised of a team of lawyers, paralegals and support staff with diverse areas of expertise. This team approach enables us, within one unified law office, to draw upon the special skills and fields of concentration of our individual attorneys. The lawyer/client relationship is a special one. It is based upon trust, respect and absolute confidentiality. It requires immediate, undivided attention to your concerns, which is why all forms of communication are promptly returned, office conferences are not interrupted and legal fees are discussed at the initial meeting. In essence, what distinguishes "fgh" from other firms is that we are large enough to handle a wide spectrum of legal matters effectively, yet we are small enough to be able to provide immediate and personal attention. Mission Statement We, at "fgh", continuously strive for improvement. We learn, educate and apply ourselves, working together as an interdependent team. We respect and assist each other by communicating and sharing our ideas, concerns and desires, thus increasing our quality and effectiveness. We interact with all of our clients, and each other, professionally and courteously. Each and every person is given the attention, respect and understanding he deserves. We take pride in our work and encourage each other in a positive manner. Cooperation is essential. Through continuos education, teamwork, enthusiasm and consistency we will attain greater personal and financial growth and provide outstanding legal service. |
